Discovery that leaves me baffled

Well today after my usual water change and cleaning. I got another pump for flow. trying the maxi jet 1200 mod which added another 1350 gph to the tanks flow which appears there is no dead spots now that i can see and Im happy with it. while inspecting the tanks flow and checking for dead spots I come across something living in a rock's hole (small almost tiny) that is reaching out and grabbing stuff. I wouldnt call it a feather duster or star fish arm, more like an earth worm. I have searched n searched the net for this wierd lil thing and come up with nothing. Anyone got any ideas. it like an earth worm action with a light brown tint to it. its sorta fast and cant get any pics for helping to ID this new thing.

no bristles on it that i can see. its not tiny but teeny and about im guessing 1 inch long that ive seen extended to whatever its trying to get. as it moves it very closely resembles an earthworm moving along a dirt. It hasnt moved from that hole which is probably 2 cm in diameter at best

below are the best i can get of this thing. one is it starting to extend it waits there for a second or a minute then the second pic shows what it is extended.

it might if i can find a good picture and behavior description of it on the net. says peanut worms live in the sand where they burrow, etc, etc. so i guess its not a peanut worm and unfortunately i cant see this thing's full body structure for a positive id.

dude thats awesome...it was in the rockwork? it may be though i havent seen the polyp tip like that as it picks something off the rock though it may be a peanut worm or some variation of the same species. thats cool ty.

baffled for a serious detailed description and name of this thing but I would guess its in the Sipunculid family though it doesnt burrow into the sand or mud it lives in a hole of the rock as you can see in the picture though some bore into soft sandrock so they say....lol

ty everyone for your input. and today i have another discovery....It appears I have one less firefish. I had only two but havent seen the second one and I wonder if I lost it to something as the one left has the top fin is broken and short as in it appears to have been broken off or snapped at. Cant think of anything that would do that in my stock.

no mantis that ive seen other fish cept that wrasse from long time ago is lost. gorilla crab unknown havent seen or read about that.

guess who came outta hiding today? stupid fish scaring me like that. wonder why they not together anymore....
