Disease ID on Cashew anthias

Can someone help identify this disease and how to treat it. It looks to me like the flesh is decaying. I treated this fish with Epsom salt and metroplex gor a week. I thought it was getting better but when I put him back into show tank looks like it's getting worse.

I had this happening to my flame wrasse. Treated with metro, furan 2, and Kanoplex. It took a second round of metro and Kano to knock it out for good.

I also did a rally bath the second time so that may have helped.

Thanks for the reply theshocker.
What is a rally bath? Is it a fresh water dip?

No, it is Ruby reef rally.

I never add it to my reef, just as a bath mixed with tank water. It claims it's reef safe and does this and that, etc. It has acriflavine which is an antiseptic. I gave my fish a 30 min bath prior to QT and the flame cleared up within a few days.

Looks like uronema to me. Tough to tell for sure from those pics, but with it being an anthias I think it's very likely. Pretty much the worst thing that can be introduced to your display
