Please see pictures attached. Background: Blue spotted watchman goby has been in my 65 for a couple months shy of two years. Was QT'd, ttm'd, and prophylactically treated with prazipro initially upon aquiring. Last fish addition to my 65 was over 6 months ago. All fish were qt'd before going on the display.

I'm leaning some sort of fungus? If so.... what could I treat with?

looks like it might be an infection. Gram negative infections are nasty and can kill quickly within a few days if not treated. Gram positive are a little more forgiving and a healthy fish can usually fight them off without any treatment but its very hard to tell which one we are usually dealing within our tanks. Usually best course of treatment would be trifecta of Metroplex, Kanaplex and furan2 in qt for a min of 10 days.

Thank you very much! I think i may have kanaplex on hand, and I'll look into the two others.
