Sorry to here all this but who's dishwasher tablet was it ( exact name)?

Many tablets are

Sodiumtripolyphosphate
Sodium carbonate
Sodium percarbonate
Alcohols, C12-18, ethoxylated propoxylated


The LD-50 for many of these is 1 - 300 mg / kg. The pH's are in the 10's and the O2 given off by Sodium percarbonate can raise the O2 up to deadly levels.
