Divers Den purchase ?

So once again I was skunked on an attempted DD purchase even though I was refreshing like a mad man until the site was updated. And the instant the site was updated I clicked on my intended purchase and it was already marked sold. This has happened to me a couple of times now, which makes me curious if there is a way to secure a desired critter prior to it actually being posted?

If it's possible could someone please inlighten me on the method? If need be a pm would suffice...

Ive been skunked a few times & got what I wanted a few times. I think it's luck & having a steady connection. My pc got hung up during a refresh & the fish was gone. I even had one in my basket & went to add something else & what was already in my basket was sold, lol ... maybe one of the elite snipers will chime in

I have lost many a fish to the Diver Den snipers

In fact, tonight I had the Genicanthus Caudovittatus in my basket and was completing checkout when I was notified they were sold. It was literally less than a minute after it was posted. You have to be beyond fast to get some of the rare stuff on there.

Hey, on a side note, did anyone notice that in one of the Diver Den sneak peeks, there was a "sold Goldflake/Flagfin Hybrid" listed that never showed up on the daily update because I assume it was indeed sold to someone before it was offered to Diver's Den...It was the 11/1/13 sneak peek. It was odd because they are normally listed as an Armitage Angel and also because it was listed as "sold".

The short answer is no; there is no way to secure a purchase. You must be fast.

It's not "sold" until payment is received, regardless if it's in your cart.

Probably not; not everything in the sneak peak has yet had a photo taken. If they can't get a clear photo or if an issue is spotted with the fish prior to the daily update, it won't be listed.
