Diving Grand Cayman Soon

I will be heading out to grand cayman soon and am staying at the Weston casuarina. I am diving with red sail sports. Does anybody know or heard of any reviews about them and there diving? We are mainly diving the west wall and 2 north wall dives. How is the diving at these spots?

Any advice/information would be greatly appreciated.
