I am getting married on May 16th and we are going on a cruise for our honeymoon to Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Ocho Rios. So far we are planning on a dive in Cozumel and snorkeling in Grand Cayman. We have not decided on Jamaica yet but I am pretty excited. I will be sure to take lots of photos.

That's a good cruise route, did that one myself a few years ago. What cruise line?

i would dive at eden rock at grand cayman. you dont need to book it thru the ship and it is walking distance from where you come on shore. its shallow and has lots of swim thrus.

this will give the wife a chance to shop and you to have a couple of beers after the dive. bring me back a rum cake. have fun.

My wife & I did this same cruise a few years ago. When you go to Grand Cayman...You should try and go to Stingray City. Dont know if you ever heard of it ro not. They take you out on a boat to a very shallow spot Then you snorkle over to it. You swim with the stingray's & can even hold them & get a picture. There is also a rock / cave where an eal lives.

There are lots of places there that do this trip, but there big boats with lots of people. They call them cattle boats. We used a company called Bob Sotos Dive Shop.....Great guys & they only take around 10 to 15 people at a time....It was much nicer

Just take the kids along. My daughter's been snorkeling since she was 4 :D

WOW..........She must be tired...............LOL :eek1:

HA HA. My last cruise was in 2002 and I got my son wha was 6 at the time to snorkel in Belize and Cozumel. The grass on the ocean floor in Belize scared him though because he didnt like it rubbing against his legs.

We went the Caymans when my daughter was 5. She used to hang on to me while snorkeling, but she found a large green moray so fascinating that she took off without me and I had hard time keeping up. Sort of thing that makes a father proud :D
