Yours doesn't look bad. Frankly it's the most sensitive acro I have in my tank. Every once in a while I'll dose something like Vibrant or Fluconozole and that's the one acro that always gets annoyed. It's not an expensive acro, but if you can keep your tank stable enough it looks awesome.

Some people can keep it in super high PAR, but the sweet spot for me was when I mounted it lower in the tank. I'd actually mount it even lower if I could. IMO it likes low PAR.

It's also the one acro that my Foxface likes to bite the tips off of... He also nibbles on my BC Aquatic Man, but not enough to phase it.
