With the fan running it should be fine. Fire it up and monitor temp to be sure. If you can still hold your finger on the LED's mounting plate after it's been running for an hour or so then your good.

Guys.... i went to a local shop and got it soldered, also got a bigger heatsink... the driver i bought they say is not ment for your led chip.. but when i cam home and connected, its working... what should i do? Are they fooling me or saying truth? Im confused....

If your LED is rated to 1.2A, and has enough diodes in series to deal with 20-39V, you have a usable driver. Why did they say it was not usable?

They didn't know what they were talking about. driver outputs a voltage ranging from 20 volts up to 39 volts (it adjusts by itself to match the LED and output 1200mA). Your LED will not draw any more than 36 volts, likely a bit closer to 30 volts, so you are fine to run it as is, no worries.
