Only took one picture during construction but I didnt post it. It came out very well, bubble free seams. Really proud of the outcome. It is going under my friends 220 gallon. I'll post some pics when he gets it setup. I also upgraded my Grizzly Tablesaw. Added the 50"R x 24"L Biesemeyer Guide rails. I'll be adding the fence too, but i'll use my shop fox fence for now. Also made the right extension table out of 3/4" MDF Laminated and moved the router extension to the left side. I'll be constructing a workbench/outfeed table with the remaining 3/4" sheet of Laminated MDF this week. Let me know what you think!

That looks great! I am currently thinking about a DIY refuge/sump, because I can not afford to purchase one. I just don't know if I want to do acrylic or build it into an aga.

Thanks!!

If you have the tools, i say go for acrylic. Going AGA though is easy as pie though too, that's where I started. I kept cracking 10 gallons though, i had to have gone through at least 6 before i finally said forget it. Now i will only build acrylic ones.

Sweet DIY. Do you have any kind of schematic showing how the water flows through, what the different compartments are, etc?

Also, love the Grizzly Saw. I'm waiting for the next house where a requirement will be a dedicated workshop, then I'll purchase one.

Nice work on the table extensions. I want to do something similar to my cheap saw. Do you find having the large extension without any supports underneat is a problem?

Thanks for the comments.

Water from the tank flows into the bubble tower first and the refugium. From the bubble tower that section is the skimmer section. My buddy has an external skimmer so I didnt add any more baffles because the water from the skimmer will drain into the fuge also. From the fuge, the water flows down the teeth through the baffles to the left into the return section. That's all there is to it!

I love Grizzly, awesome piece of machine. So far there arent any problems with the extension table, i plan on adding some support legs though, i'm going to go to HD to try to find some steel legs otherwise i'm going to use some 2x4's.
