Let me know what you think of this design. It's an attempt to compact the size and reduce the number of parts in the other dual overflows I've seen, but I'm not sure if the flow/siphon will work correctly. Elbows would be street elbows where applicable to reduce size further. Larger Pipe would be 1.5" and the rest would be 1".
At the top of each overflow I would use a check valve with an air lift pump attached. Would 1 pump running both sides cause any issues?
Does the height of the overflow matter as long as the air intake is the highest point and the down tube tee is higher than the lowest point? In other words, can the stand pipe be 4" tall, or is there a recommended minimum height?
