Diy t5 hybrid help please

Hello I need some help with T5 distancing.

I'm not sure the best distancing /placement for my t5s.

See pics, how would it be best to layout the t5s for best spread?

I would move the T5 closer to the LED about 2" from where you have them now,and mount both T5 so they only have a gap between reflectors of 1/4-3/8 of an inch.

If the T5s are open to the water surface you need to get some waterproof end caps.

I like the looks and simplicity of your floating canopy

I wouldn’t move them closer. I would angle the reflectors toward the center so your not lighting the glass.
