DIY Tunze Safety Connector?

Has anyone done this? It looks pretty straightforward, but I am not sure exactly what relay I need.

Took mine apart. I have most of the schematic figured out, but wondering what's on the back.

Uses Omron G5V-2-H1 with a 5VDC regulator for the coil.
