Do all currnet Aquacontroller models share the same programing code?

I was wondering if the Aquacontroller Jr, II, and III share exactly the same progamming code or are there certain things that you can program with one model and not the others? If there are differences could you explain a little what they are.

The programming languages are very similar. The only significant difference is that the Jr and III add the 'Timer' program statement; it is not present in the ACPRO, or the AC2. The timer statement allows the state of a controlled device to be based upon the state of another device. For example if you wished to shut certain pumps off at night then you might use this:

If Sun 000/000 Then LT1 ON
OSC 010/010 Then WV1 ON
If Timer Sun = OFF THEN WV1 OFF
