do amphipods molt?

i saw the shell of an amphipod floating around in the currents just now, do these guys molt like shrimp?
it was in the same form as a whole amphipod just clear with nothing on the inside

Yes they do. I see tiny pod molts floating all over my tank sometimes and the fish eat it up.
