Do anemones release poison when cut

My anemone cut most of the tentacles' tips off sometime today and there is some "juices" or some liquid type stuff periodically coming out of them. I'm wondering if that stuff is poisonous. I don't think that anemones release poisons when the die or are cut up, but I'm not sure. If anyone could let me know I would appreciate it. thanks.

I would be interested in what people have to say, because my anemone got caught up in my overflow's bottom intake, and kinda pulled some of his body into it, but I cut him out of it cause I couldn't pull him out, but he's well on his way recovering, and also my 2 other fish and 1 cleaner shrimp were fine after that.

no i dont think they release
"poison" when they perish.

however, when they are dying, the decomposition causing ammonia and that is bad for the aquarium

I don't think it's gonna die. The top third of most of tentacles were cut off in the powerhead, but they seem to have kinda healed overnight, well they aren't "juicing"anymore. I wonder whats worse for them, their tentacles being cut or their body. Thanks for your replies.
