Do any of you guys have a fish only tank?

My fox face did it again. This time chose to take out half of my Meteor Shower colony.

Looking for a new home for him where he won't be a nuisance.

Luckily he only got to half of it today. I don't have a fish trap, so I'm hoping he doesn't toe out the other half before I can get him out.

That's awful! How often do you feed? I know they are all different, but mine was a model citizen. I was feeding pellets 2-3 times a day with an autofeeder and think that might have kept him from nipping (or in your case, demolishing) corals.

I feed them pellets several times throughout the day too. Nori a couple times a week. I've been considering buying or making one of those grazing stations for nori because I've also got a couple of tangs in there with him and they're all algae eaters.

It's pretty frustrating because he's the fish that I've had the longest. I got him when he was about an inch long. I really hate to get rid of him, but at the same time I don't want to keep adding corals that he's going to just eat like cotton candy.

If I were only ready to set up that massive fish only display that I've been thinking about...

I've actually decided to leave him there. In hindsight, I'm not sure he's the reason that coral died. Unless he introduced some bacteria that killed it, which I doubt, I'm not sure he was doing anything other than picking at already dying tissue.

That coral died overnight. I'm thinking RTN from something other than the bite of a foxface.
