Do I have A. ocellaris or A. percula?

I'm trying to identify my clownfishes. Can anyone tell me if they are Amphiprion ocellaris or A. percula?

Thanks for helping out. According to wikipedia -- my source to information -- A. ocellaris should be less vibrantly colored, have 11 dorsal fin-spines, and grey/orange irises, whereas A. percula should have stronger coloration, 10 dorsal fin-spines and bright orange irises.

I only count 10 dorsal fin-spines, but it's hard, and the iris looks quite bright orange. So do people agree they are A. ocellaris?

Agathos,

The problem is that both species have been reported to have 10 dorsal spines, so unless the fish has nine (your's has ten in the last photo) you can't be positive that its a perc. The top fish in the first picture almost looks like it has eleven spines.
And then, Is that a misbar on the one fish's left side? That might mean its tank raised, and coloration will be even less of an identifying trait in those fish. Personally, I ignore coloration anyway (too variable) and use where the fish was collected combined with the dorsal spine count (unless it is 10) to figure out which fish I'm looking at.

Looks like 11 dorsal spines to me. The last one lies right next to where the soft dorsal begins. It's not real obvious, but you can make it out if you look close enough.

i say its an occ. it seems to have no black on its middle bar extending torwards the outside bars. i also only count 10 spines

heres a pic
