bosborn- you need to push the fact that aquariums are great natural humidifiers of (otherwise very dry) homes.
A reef aquarium that isn't overly obnoxious (read:too big) would work well for someone like Tom.
The Wall Street Journal and Denver Post had recent articles on how aquarium room dividers actually increased the value of a home.

Yeah I have tried I guess they don't want anything high maintaince in this house its only going to be lived in for a few months out of the year. Honestly Gary i dont think that he is worried about increasing the value of this thing. As far as the maintaince everything in this house is fully automated. If the reef tank could run with the automation system then it might be concidered. But then again i am only a lowly mason trying to tell a billionaire how to allocate his money. probably wont work....But for you Gary..I will try
