Do I need to buy magnets for the waveboxes 6212?

Hi All,

Just about to buy 2 of the 6212 waveboxes and am wondering if I need to buy the magnets for them or if they come with them by default? Thanks

They don't come with them, if you have a glass tank with no trim or edge bracing the clamps are fairly easy to work.

Do the magnets work with the waveboxes though? Money isnt an issue for me I just want to choose the most efficient and neat option.

Yes they work quite well, I have always used two on each(one for the top of the wave box one for bottom) when I have set them up. They just snap right on tabs on the back of the back of the box

If your tank using 3/4"-1" thick material please get the 6200 magnet...
