do seahorses eat.......?

Tigriopus is probably large enuff, but don't reproduce well above 68*F if you're trying to seed the tank.

i'm not familiar with the second species.
 
probably not, but i couldn't say for certain. the only time i've actualy fed copepods to SH on purpose was when i was raising fry.

again, if the SH notices them, they're likely to be eaten.
 
i think a mixture of all is good with mysis being to main food. thats if if they are eating live or frozen. i might be hard for you to find live mysis. PE mysis and hikari are good brands. ocean nutrition has a enhanced brine that is really good too. if they are eating only live you can enrich the brine by letting them soak in zoe and zoecon or any other supplement like that with some saltwater for like an hour and a half to two hours
