can a carpet or LTA anenome thrive in a bare bottom tank?

-is it likely that a carpet will eat a perc or occelaris?

-im planning on upgrading soon and getting a gigantia or mag will these co-exsist with carpet or lta?

Sand anemones can live in bare bottom systems wedged between the rocks, but they will never be happy that way.

It is not common for a hosting carpet to eat a percula or occelaris but it does happen with Haddoni carpets on occasion.

Haddoni and LTA can eat Ocellaris and Percula, but this only happen initially (first get together) I have never heard of hosting anemone eating any clowns once they establish as a pair.

Neither will thrive in BBTanks. There will be rare exception. Haddoni like to stay on rock when they are tiny and occasional one will continue to stay on rock. I have seen one did that.
