Do you save the pods in your socks?

I was curious if you saved your sock pods? If so do you toss them back into the tank?

I DO AND THEN WASH THEM AND REUSE THEM.

I do not. But I must admit, if I see one handy, I just flip it back in.

LoL yeah i definetly save pods, i go out of the way to get a cup to put all of them in, hey its a free fishfood!

LOL, It takes me longer to get the pods than it does to change the sock. I pull them out of the sock and put them in the display.

You're supposed to take your socks off when you get in your tank.

Always save some of those pods. I give em to my Mandrin .
I never take my sock off when I get in my tanks. The sand gets between my toes.

every time I do a sock change, pods back in the fuge

I was suprised by how many pods I had in this last sock change. I did not check the 4 socks prior to this one but I wish I had. I want a Fuge but I do not have the room right now for one.

I do have my tank 6/8 inches from the wall so I bet I could do a hang on the back Fuge..... hmmm.

So if you have a fuge, you shouldn't (or don't really need to) use a sock? I'm designing a new fuge/sump right now. I want max pods...

You still need a sock to filter out all of the crap coming from the main display. This is to trap the excess food/poop/etc. I know with my new tank my socks are nasty every three days. The pods in my socks are just a suprise to me of how much really gets sucked out of the tank into the sump.
