Roger,
I'm looking to run Warner Marine Ecobak pellets and I'm currently running a DOC 9002 skimmer. Consensus is to run Ecobak reactor effluent back to skimmer inlet. Is it feasible to put a sealed hole in side of skimmer body to feed ecobak effluent into skimmer? If so, would you please advise best placement for said feedhole in skimmer body?

Roger is not on the forum this week see sticky at top of forum, back next week.

I am not sure about this as I am not familiar with the Ecobak, I am sure Roger will advice next week.

I don't really have a good answer to this, my best suggestion would be to drill a small hole in the top deck and just add an airline nipple you can plug the hose onto. If it causes a problem this part is replaceable for under $15 but I think this is the least likely place to cause an issue assuming the flow rate is very low, under 15 gallons an hour. Besides that you could also try the bottom plate, since it is also cheaply replaceable though I worry it is less effective as the water could quickly exit the diffusion grates on the back of the skimmer.
