DOC 9480 manual and instruction

Has bought a 9480 without any manual or instaction. Setup and run for 24hr without any sign of break-in yet. water at 150mm and the foam is at the bottom of the collection cup level. Also the pump is quite noisy, it that normal?

I am not sure, they are not really available yet as there was a last minute impeller change to eliminate the noise. I suspect someone may have sold you a test model that was not intended to be sold.

OH..you mean that the unit is not official launch for retail yet? When would it be available? Is the impeller change confirmed? If so, will need to get back to the shop to have it change out. The noise is getting on everybody nerve as it is installed in the office.

I could be wrong but the fact that you mention noise makes me think it is an old test model. The first ones should come in the next couple weeks but the 230V units will probably ship before the 115V. They changed the needlewheel to silastic, a soft rubbery plastic, with a hard plastic frame, it eliminated the noise and increased the airflow even more.
