does anybody local have codium?

Sam, I think I have some. It's dark green and thick. It looks like a vine? I assume that it is Codium. I'll have to ask Chris to make sure.

yeah its dark green. looks kinda like staghorn coral when it grow sout

mine never grew, and after a year or so it just disappeared. not sure what happened to it. nice looking stuff, but it just didn't do all that well for me. good luck!

did you have the stiff or soft codium? the soft come from colder waters and shouldn't be in the reef. the stiff staghorn type do well in reef temps

I had the stiff stuff, i was told it was codium taylori and that it originally came from you...but that was quite a while ago.

looking for a starter piece, inch or two is fine. you can glue it down to a rock and in a month or two it'll grow over the glue. similar to what a coral does.

Ok, I'll cut off an inch or so. Are yo ordering stuff with Kim? If you are, I can bring the codium and your stuff to you at the same time. If not, I can stop by today or tomorrow with the codium.
