If you weren't prepared for them it is probably too late to do anything at this point. There are a few people here who raise them so may be able to take them from you but it would not likely be feasible since they look like they are in your rockwork...
My clowns have laid eggs every few weeks for about five years. I just see it as a sign of general good health in the tank, and a source of high quality snacks for the other fish.
