Sorry to hear! I know how devastated I would be if my clownfish pair died. Are you going to try and get him another mate? Well it's probably a she now. Are you going to buy a new one or inbreed?

It's been three (3) years since the loss of the Mrs. Clarkii and it is time for an update.

Mr. Clarkii quickly took over as the new head of the family. The new role as head of the Clarkii family also comes with another title. Within a couple of months, Mr. Clarkii turned into Mrs. Clarkii. One of the Juniors stepped up to take the role of Mr. Clarkii.

Within a couple more months the new Mrs Clarkii was laying eggs. Here is the happy couple today. The new Mrs. Clarkii on the left.

Does anyone remember when I initially got this little guy to hang out with my original Clarkii? Notice the resemblance?

I am breaking down the 220g tank and will be selling family. There is Mr. and Mrs. Clarkii and three (3) Juniors left.

It's a great family story.....but you won't see it on Disney.
