If a zoanthid is glued to a rock after they have just been shipped will that affect them? In other words, will it kill them???

just do quick dips after it's been glued. if you use superglue, it creates heat bubbles when you first put it in and it gets quiet hot. in order to stress the polyps out less, do few dips to cool the glue down and avoid getting heat bubbles

Best superglue?

All the gel superglues are about the same... I like the Loctite stuff in the larger bottle simply because of the bottle, the glue is the same as all the rest.

we kept 3 or 4 of those locktight bottles in our first aid kit when i played rugby.

that stuff is fantastic. used it a couple times myself. and it saved my homeboys ear!!!

Just so many uses.:D

had no idea it works as a frag glue. totally sweet.

I used to use that stuff too. Twice last summer, I got it home and it was not gel, just regular glue even though the pack was marked gel. Weird. Started using the loctite, and just seem to be at Lowes more than the dollar store anymore, so I get the loctite there. The loctite seems like a thicker gel to me than the dollar store stuff too. Like salt and everything else in this hobby, most is user preference. ;)
