yes, i took out the vho on my 180, and replaced them with 2 5' t5' and a few acros which were under the 400w got burned tips from the t5s because there was so much more light.

Did anyone ever do an actual PAR measurement on those T5s??

I don't have individual reflectors on my 8x54 T5s, and honestly my growth is more than good. I have SPS midway in the tank and I have very noticeable growth weekly. Eventually I'll get the reflectors, but for now I'm more than satisified with SPS growth and color.
