I have some kind of internal bacteria infection that causes the fish to die very quick with now signs(overnight)? I think also some fish got ich becuase of the stress from this disease. I am in trying to catch all the fish in my 450gal but seems very hard. I tried prozi pro but no luck. I want to put all fish in a qt and drop the salinty instead of copper but want to make sure i get it this time.

Will a tank with no fish kill all fish disease in time?
I know if you have ich and have no fish it will die off in 6-8 weeks but not sure about other diseases??

First, I think you have things backwards. Your fish are not catching ich because they have been weakened by a bacterial infection. Rather, your fish are developing a secondary bacterial infection as a result of the bacteria infecting the exit wounds which occur when the ich parasites fall of the fish moving on to the cyst stage of the parasite's lifecycle.

Second, in most circumstances, the bacterial infection often resolves itself once its cause is eliminated which in this case is the ich and not the reverse. Sometimes, however, if the bacterial infection becomes too severe one has to treat with an antibiotic after the ich is elimnated. Treating the bacterial infection without first treating the ich is almost always ineffective because the infections return after further exit wounds become infected.

Third, hyposalinity only treats ich and no other disease or parasite.

Based on the above, the best course of action is to treat the ich and then the bacterial infection should hopefully resolve itself. As such, read up on one of the methods to treat ich to deal with your issues. In this regard, prazipro is an entirely useless treatment. Copper (most popular cupramine), hyposalinity, tank transfer method, and quinine drugs are the only treatments for ich which have any reliability. Research these and determine which you wish to employ. If you kill the ich on your fish in a hospital tank and leave your display without fish for 8-10 weeks, then you will eliminate the parasite.
