Does my Tang need "kids in China?"

I have a royal blue tang, bought her when she was the size of a quarter about 9 months ago, and shes now about the size of a dollar bill. But heres the thing, she has nearly NO scales! very dull coloring, here scales will start to grow back then leave again. Its like the nose rot they get sometimes took over her whole body. Shes been this way for 6 months. All the other fish are fine, and she eats normaly, doesn't seem to be in any type of pain. So I'm torn, I don't know what to do, with her she seems very happy, so I don't know if she needs to be Uthinized (get it, kids in China, lol I kill me...) or if she will be ok. I asked the guy at the LFS and he had never heard or seen this before.

if you can post some pics or somthing you telling us that it has no scales could be a billion things i need to see pics to help you out
