Does it suppress the appetite any? I have a yellow and green clown goby and holy crap are these guys finicky eaters. The YCG will eat brine shrimp and maybe some frozen mysis but will have to pick out the very best one or else it will chew up the brine shrimp and just spit it out. The GCB is much harder to get to eat. The brine shrimp has to just go right up to its mouth and even then he wont be bothered. right now i have him in a small little floating trap so i can dump the live brine shrimp in with him and keep them there so only he eats them. He gets bumped by them all the time and very little reaction. Hes also very thin so i hope he survives.

There could be appetite supreesion . In addition they could feel out of their natural environment . I feel your pain . I had bangaii cardinals that refused everything until I tried live guppies . After months of eating only that did they try frozen . Before them I had frog fish that only ate live . They literally starved to death even though I tried almost everything .that was before I found the saltwater tolerant strain of guppy . When you are feeding live brine shrimp is it newly hatched ?

Thanks flfireman I will purchase NLS powder

Same thing happened to me with the cardinals. those guys wont eat ANYTHING, with the exception of blackworms, only alive. I had to buy that **** for months bc they refused all foods unless they were worms and they were wiggling in their mouths. So frustrating.
