does sifting starfish a threat to gig?

my tan gig seems very afraid of it

whenever the sifting starfish passes by, it stresses and poses a protecting gesture

my clownfish became nervous too and the bigger one attacks it with its tail

if anything the starfish should be careful...my gig ate a 8-9" bristle star...I couldnt believe it until I saw him throw it up

your fish stress out about a starfish? I personally think you may be attempting to read too much into your fish. I doubt your fish (or an anemone for that matter) will become stressed from such a slow moving animal.
