Does stream noise bother livestock?

Hello Roger,

I'm using (2) Tunze 6000 streams on a 130 gal tank and when I put my ear up to the tank glass it sounds like I'm swimming underwater w/ a boat idoling overhead.

I think this scares fish away when your fishing, but does this put unhealthy stress on them?

I think like all animals they become accustomed to anything constant- just like you would if you lived in the flight path of an airport or near a busy highway. Any sort of mechanical device will make some noise.
