Does the clown wiggle mean they've paired?

I've just added 2 small clowns as the first permanent members of my aquarium. They bonded quickly and are always together. They smaller one is now doing a funny, slightly convulsive wiggle around the larger one. We are assuming this means the larger is the female and they've now become a pair. Is this true?

The larger clown will eventually become the female. I do not know if they have paired or not. Time will tell. what kind are they?

the wiggling means that they are forming a pair. He is showing that he is submissive. If the larger one isn't already totally female, she will be soon.

From what I've been told, the wiggle is the males way of showing his submission to the female. Its a good sign of a good pair. Congrats!

The wiggle does show submission. It doesn't mean they are pairing necessarily. Mine did that for a year before pairing. We called it the fight that never ends.
