Doing my 1st wet skim water change.

WOW!!!!! I like it so far. I figured I had the time to do one so I started 30 min ago. The 5 gallons that I pulled out was dark and nasty....... I like it! Gana Keep going and do around 10-15 total.

Wonder what is the difference than a regular water change? Do you do it slower through the skimmer? Im interested, plz explain

it is slower...but does have bennies...like cleaning gunk out.

I am done now. Just around 1.5 hours to do around 15-20 gallons. I think I took alot more gunk out of the tank by doing this then a regular water change. I hope Gary adds his thoughts. Just before I gave the fish a good feeding then did the water change as Gary has said before. I like it and it was easy!
