Don't call it a come back... hah.. Anyone good w/ acrylic?

Well after about a 2+ yr hiatus being away from this. I'm itching to come back. I am not going over board this time. Want to do a 40 gallon or under. I was wondering if anyone has any experience building or working w/ acrylic. I'd like to build my tank this time. For cost reasons mostly. Thinking of something shallow and cubish. between 18x18 -24x24 @ 16in high. If anyone could help me out or let me know if you'd like to work w/ me on this i'd greatly appreciate it.
