I just got a great little RBTA last night. 4" to 5".
Came on a rock that I placed in the back of the tank in a shaded area. He moved halfway up the glass to a rock on the back wall over night. When the light came on he moved to the top and deflated.
couple of questions:
Guy that had him before said, all of his hang out at the top of his Nano. Could it be moving to where it's used to? If it moved to the left it would get more light from the MH than going to the top?
I was dosing 2 part alk and calc. 5ml at a time with an hour separating the doses. I have a PinPoint pH probe in the sump that showed no more than a .05 rise in pH during dosing. Are nems real sensitive to dosing or is this a normal nem in new tank thing?
50gal tank, 12 gal fuge/sump, Outer Orbit 150MH with dual blue actinics
pH=8.07
Alk=8
Ca=400
mg=1300
No3=5
Po4=0
Sal=35= 1.0264
I'm scheduled to a 10% water change today is that ok?
