Dosing Fuel

I've recently had my LPS corals receding, and an overall loss of color in the tank. I've been recommended Fuel by aqua vitro. I've read up on it quite a bit, but haven't found the best way to use. Do most people just dose every few days, or drip tiny amounts daily? I'm curious what corals prefer. Or maybe just adding it is the important part, and delivery isn't.

I dose half the amount once or twice a week. Plus, I do 20% - 25% w/c once a week with AV Salinity, so I'm getting a third dose with w/c.

Sorry, what is AV salinity? And you mean you get a 3rd dose with a w/c because of the trace minerals etc in new salt water?

Yes. I have used it for about 8 months now. I dose 20 ml directly to the display tank twice a week. No drip. I have seen great results. Lots of color and lots of growth. It's ingredients include chlorella, ascorbic acid, niacin, calcium pantothenate, thiamine, riboflavin, inositol, choline chloride & vitamin B12. It will replenish trace elements too. Dont worry about the nickle, tin, zinc or copper - first questions I asked my LFS and they are minute.

AquaVitro Salinity (salt mix). Same company that makes Fuel. Yes, with a w/c, you get a certain amount of trace elements and aminos.
