Dosing Pump Recommendations

Was about to order 2 BRS dosing pumps but noticed recently there are quite a few bad reviews about poor quality issues with their pumps. Any other reliable brand that folks can recommend? Oh I plan to run the pumps via 2 independent digital timers. Thx

Never had a problem with my BRS dosing pumps. I have 6 or 7. 3 have been running for 5 years. I just replaced the hose inside as preventative maintenance

GHL works like a tank. A little interesting to set up with a windows system, but once I got it going on my iPad through the app I was really happy.

Depending on your budget, I have a jebao for about 1.5 years now. Never had an issue with it (knock on wood).

My BRS pumps (i have 4 spread between my DT and FT systems) have been running for several years without any issue whatsoever. I suppose I should replace the tubings but keep forgetting to.

I recently bought the Kamoer wifi doser and I've been very happy with it. Very easy to program and operate.

Dosing Pump Recommendations

Ghl 2.1 here. iPad app a little finicky on where to press to get the configuration portion for each pump up but other than that it seems solid. I don't have any opinion on reliability because it's brand new and we just set it up.
I did perform a calibration on each pump and they're all right around 38ml per minute and not the default 45ml / min.
Anyone else see that w ghl 2.1?

Not much can go wrong with this kind of pump. I purchased a used Litermeter in 1998, that sucker went on forever and finally died early last year.

I use Aquamedic evo 4 they are easy to set up, pretty precise and one thing I like from it is the controller not hooked up with the pumps, and the price is just right.

I've been using a GHL Doser 2 for 9 months - no Mac support, finicky PC set up and the iOS app is a pretty poor design, not user friendly.

Previously I has an Apex DOS which was way better but was too big for my space as I would need two units.

Interested in the Kamoer but tempted to find a way to make two DOS units fit.

ive been using 4 brs 1.1ml dosing pumps for 5 years without issues, have replaced the tubeing once but other than that they still work great

Had the Aquamedic one and got shot due to pump wheels slipping (2 months old) using the new Kamoer one now and very, very good so far.....the iphone app works!
