Dosing pump ???????

I definitely don't want to run down the pumps. I just want to know if 1.25 gallons out of one of the pumps per day is over-use. I mean, with that, I'd only need to run the pump for 3-4 minutes every hour.

if you are only running the pump 3-4 mins an hour then there is no issue

I have a fellow member here helping me out ALOT. And he explained something to me about this. He told me do not use the dosing pumps for AWC. It is a waste to use them for dosing as there meant to. That indeed to just to get 2 float valves and 2 maxijets (or another pump) and program the float valves and ppumps to do waterchanges for you instead of over using the dosing pumps which are very expensive to use for this and overrwork them that they will break alot faster then they shold do to the large workloadd you will have to put on them to do the waterchanges for us. Anyways I believe that these dosing pump would do wonders with nano setup and small tank (less that 50g) but for anything else... I would recommend against that use...

ya I knew I was pushing the limits, my only problem is that my ato water and my fresh water for water chnage is in the basement, to I have a good 18 feet of horisontal and up travel to do and I havent found a good pump yet to use!!! A MJ will not do that!
