Dossing Nitrate to reduce phosphate

In my aquarium NO3 < 0,2 ppm (Salifert test) and P = 30ppb (Hanna HI 636).

I am using BP, which are very effective to reduce NO3 and PO4, but when NO3 is very low (Salifert test is not colored), PO4 is not reduced and more. My idea is to dose CaNO3 to additionaly reduce PO4 with BP.

What are your opinion ?

I think it is easy enough to try and see what happens, assuming you have a suitable nitrate source.
