Downsizing Sale

Well, it's time for me to downsize........Getting a bit much for this granny to handle my 120 anymore. Going to set up a 40 gallon and that means some large coral pieces will be needing a new home. The tank, stand and sump are sold. The canopy and lighting is available. Jason Glaspie made me a nice canopy 2 years ago. It houses 2 MH 20K XM's (6 months old) and VHO supplemental lighting. The MH are run off of two magnetic ballasts from Champion Lighting. One ballast is 2 years old the other is brand new. The VHO worked for less than a year and then one day just quit. I'm not mechanical minded so have just been using the MH. I paid $700.00 for a retrofit kit from Champion........did someone just say I got took?LOL~~ Anyway the VHO is probably an easy fix for someone, just not me I'm asking $300.00 for the canopy and lights, lights only for $250.00 Lighting includes nice full length reflector. Corals are as follows:



Neon green/pink tip frogspawn 8+ heads $45.00

Green people eater zoos, large 8" colony $40.00

Blueridge/dragon eye zoo colony huge 12" peace $45.00

Hammer frag 2 heads $15.00

Misc. frags $5.00 - $25.00 Anthelia, zoos, small crown leather

Do you have the measurements for canopy? Just wondering if it would fit over my 135g.......Do you have a picture of it? What type of wood, color of stain etc is it? I don't really need the MH's, but the VHO's might work for me.

Hi Fawn My tank is the standard 120 gallon 4'x2'x2'. The canopy fits it perfectly. My daughter has a 135 but her tank is 6 feet long. Unless yours is a 48" x 24" footprint the canopy won't work............

You told me that you were thinking about it, but I didn't think you meant right now. Your tank is beautiful. Although I am sure that a 40 packed full of all the goodies from your 120 will be gorgeous too...
