DRC Trip to Dr. Mac's, August 25, 2007

Hello everyone,

Our club trip to Dr. Mac's on August 25th for the special club discount sale is booked and confirmed. Details at:

Special discount pricing for club groups of at least 10 members or reefers along with the usual in store special offers. So stay tuned and we will coordinate trip details on this thread as the time approaches. We are counting on all that voted for this date to go so that we have the 10 minimum. Plus new reefers from the area that would like to join us. We will get a final head count the week of the trip to advise Dr. Mac.

On the way down, I got pulled over for speeding. I was already late and decided to abort. Spent my Dr Mac money on the ticket.

Me and my gf will be there again. Will be the third time this month... lol. I don't know how people can afford to live close to Dr. Mac.

Yes Josephus, I remember your misfortune well, on that trip. We missed you. When i mentioned, we had a speed trap casualty on that trip, the people at DM's all said they run the same gauntlet too, every day on route 50 and elswhere in the area. It is the busy summer beach season to boot.

Their good advise to all is: DRIVE THE SPEED LIMIT...DRIVE THE SPEED LIMIT...DRIVE THE SPEED LIMIT. And enjoy the pastoral beauty of lower Delaware and Maryland.

We have all day. And Hey? We!! Are a Reef Club. That's a nature kinda thing.

As for stop signs and such.... Always follow the Golden Rule... Look both ways.... Make sure it's cool!

Just set up a direct deposit with Dr Mac and your employer ... lol

I am in - BUT - I need someone to offer to carry my boxes (yeah - no way I'm only getting out with 1 this time) out to the car as I will be on crutches that weekend.

I totally forgot about this trip and scheduled knee surgery for the 23rd - D'OH!!!
