Drilling Tank(setting up 40g breeder)

So basically my attempt to sell off everything for my tank has failed miserably and I gave away all the coral and thankfully someone bought 3 fish off me but I still have 4 left and 2 shrimp.

With that in mind it looks like I am going to attempt to set up a way for my fish to live on their own for a month with being checked on once or twice... this will be interesting..

so i think I am going to quickly set up my 40 gallon breeder to take care of the task, but I want to drill it and setup a sump underneath to help out with the care free maintenance.

Anyone have the adapters to drill for overflows or want me to throw some $ at you to help me get this overflow business going?

shuskins arent you going to take your fish to Johnnys? Might be an easier solution.......Is the bottom of the 40 tempered? LMK

Brown Scopas Tang, Coral Beauty Angel, Niger Trigger and Tomato Clown.

I am going to bring them to johnnys but only as a last resort...... the person watching their place literally knows NOTHING about fish and works like 40 hours a week so I feel mine would have a better shot on my auto feeder being checked every week or so as I do have friends here for the summer that can check it now and again....

According to the aqueon website( all glass aquarium) the 40 breeder does not have a tempered bottom

check that link to make sure I am not retarded but it says tempered bottom : NO

so i assume we can drill it which is good news because I thought we wouldnt be able to. YAY!

so zoakeeper wanna help me get an overflow going

p.s. did you get that ATO unit going yet? I might have to go back to that website and order another if this goes well haha!

Some lady might be buying all of my fish left so I may not have to worry about it. I leave on Saturday so I guess that won't worry out. Tell you what, I will take a raincheck and come august we can have some fun building this thing up haha
