Drs. Foster and Smith returns

How long has it taken for you to get a refund posted to your CC after making a return to Drs. Foster and Smith? I sent back part of an order several weeks ago, and the credit still hasn't come back to my account. Just wondering.

after they submit it, it should only be 5 working days.

i suggest you call them and get the ball rolling.

they will tight fist your cash as long as possible.

you can also log into your credit card account and see if it is pending.

if its been that long, chances are that they have done nothing.

I'd give them a call and ask them about it. They have excellent customer service.

Showed up today, even though they posted it a couple of days ago. I'm glad they are to be trusted.

Refunds to credit cards are batch submitted while charges are processed real-time. This is a common practice and not reflective of drs foster and smith.
