Gotcha.. yea, ive almost convinced myself to get the original. it has the oolite, but also the larger grains. Ill likely order it monday (wife permitting). look like the tank may be getting wet this weekend. just posted some plumbing pics in my build thread.

The original ocean direct is good also. I used that in my last tank. Only thing i did not like about that is there are some large shells in it. But it is a good mix of all the sands.

yea, thats the stuff I was thinking.. supposedly very very natural looking. almost equivalent to the beach.

I have three buckets full of that sand sitting in my garage, If you had wanted it a week or so ago it was live! If you want to rinse and reuse it make me an offer, This sand was in my 185 for about 3 1/2 years and was really not that dirty. I never had any hair algae or Po4 issues so it should be OK to reuse. LMK
