I bought from http://www.jlaquatics.com/phpstore/store_pages/mainpage.php. Is a company based in Canada so I don't have to worry about importing, there are some laws about it here.

I placed an order with reefcleaners and never got the rock. They didn't respond to multiple inquiries. I only got my money back once I filed a claim with PayPal.

I know something is up with their email system. The emails I've sent have come back to me undelivered. I did manage to get 1 email past the errors and John did reply swiftly.

I've read countless number of positive reviews of Reef Cleaners. It's unfortunate what happened to you, but I'm sure that the email glitch was partly responsible for it.

I purchased from Marco Rock a couple of years ago, was extremely pleased.

And I was too, but DO NOT buy their sand.... FL sand is very, very fine and very silty... by the time you wash it down you wont have much left over.

Site works fine for me. I just bought 75 lbs from them last weekend and it showed up yesterday with no issues. It's great stuff!
