DSPS tank from Thailand (1000 gallon+)

Chingchai,
This is truly spectacular!! How privileged we are to share your journey. Thank you. Did you use the 5D II for the video? Would it be an imposition to ask for the FTS in max resolution to update my screen saver? It is so beautiful.

Thank you so very much.

Peter

Looks Great Ching! Im excited to see the new fish your planning on putting in the tank!

I would love a tank like both of yours :spin3:

I like the tank without the background. In time the pipes and wires won't be visible.

i come on here every 2 weeks just to look at your tank this is prob the 5th

compliment i have given u its funny to see the person holding the turbinaria

then when its in your tank it looks so small...anyway i like the qt tank but it

doesnt look like its for u i dont know how to explain it anyway ill be back on in

2 weeks happy holidays to everyone

Looks very gorgeous. But I cant but think, this is still a young tank, and those corals are already packed very tightly. Are you planning on just constantly trimming the to prevent contact/aggression as they grow? Thats seems like it will be a constant and ongoing concern (albeit a good concern).

Thanks for your concern.
Of course, I can't avoid coral touching.
That's why I selected similar varieties of SPS to place in same area. So there will be less damage when they grow up.
However, trimming is a must in the future.

you will not put a black sticker on the bottom to hide the pipes?
Fund dark creates a frame that highlights the colors of the corals.
congratulations, the assembly of the reef is beautiful, when you begin to put fish again?

Matias. Thanks.
I will start putting new fish early next month.

Very beautiful Ching!!
I admire your vision and attention to the small details. The growth rates are already very good! The yellow Turbinaria on the right is already healing? Do you think that the growth is better than your old system? Is it the prodibio that makes the growth so good?

Mike. Thank you.
Yes, the yellow Turbinaria is already recovered.
Growth rate in this tank is better than the old tank.
The size of the tank is the key factor. Bigger is better.
Prodibio should be helpful but not much.
